The party “New People” has formed a faction in the State Duma, according to a message received by RBC.

From the party, 13 people entered the updated lower house of parliament:

  • Alexey Nechaev – head of the party, founder of the cosmetics company Faberlic;
  • Vladislav Davankov & mdash; Head of the Central Executive Committee, former Deputy General Director of ANO & laquo;Russia & mdash; country of opportunities & raquo;
  • Alexander Demin & mdash; deputy head of the executive Committee, head of the charitable foundation for the support of educational programs & laquo; Captains & raquo;, founded by Nechaev;
  • Sergey Chudaev & mdash; Secretary of the council of the regional branch of the party in Udmurtia;
  • Sardana Avksentieva & mdash; former Mayor of Yakutsk;
  • Sangaji Tarbayev & mdash; former captain of the KVN team & laquo; The RUDN National Team & raquo;, ex-Permanent Representative of Kalmykia to the President;
  • Georgy Arapov & mdash; secretary of the Irkutsk branch of the party;
  • Maxim Gulin is the leader of the Chelyabinsk regional branch, one of the youngest deputies (24 years old);
  • Amir Khamitov & mdash; entrepreneur;
  • Vladimir Plyakin-businessman, ex-deputy head of the representative office of the Samara region in Moscow;
  • Ksenia Goryacheva & mdash; head of the party headquarters & laquo; New People & raquo; in St. Petersburg, former employee of the charity foundation & laquo; Captains & raquo;
  • Grigory Shilkin & mdash; entrepreneur;
  • Rosa Chemeris is a former deputy of the Vladivostok City Duma from “United Russia”.

Sergey Kusmakov decided to give up his mandate in order to work in the regional office and participate in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory in 2022. Davankov will replace him in the State Duma.

In addition, Denis Shitov and Sergey Isaev were elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Region. Chudaev will represent this region in the Duma.

Parliamentary elections in Russia were held for the first time for three days – from September 17 to 19. In seven regions, including Moscow, it was possible to vote online. The turnout was 51.72%, more than 40.6 thousand ballots were rejected. For the first time since 1999, more than four parties have been elected to the State Duma.

According to the final data of the Central Election Commission, eight parties and five self-nominees were elected to the State Duma.

According to the party lists,

“United Russia” (49.82%), the Communist Party (18.9%), the LDPR (7.55%),

got into the lower house of parliament & laquo;Fair Russia & mdash; For the Truth» (7.46%) and & laquo;New People» (5.32%).

In single-mandate districts, “United Russia” received 198 mandates, the Communist Party— nine, «Fair Russia— For the Truth— eight, the LDPR— two, one more each— the party« Motherland »and« Civic Platform ».

In total, United Russia has 324 mandates, the Communist Party has 57,

at & laquo; Fair Russia & mdash; For the Truth & mdash; 27, at the LDPR & mdash; 21,

at & laquo; New People» & mdash; 13, one at a time & mdash; at the Party of Growth, & laquo; Civic Platform & raquo; and« Homeland & raquo;. Self-nominated candidates received five more mandates.
