The eldest daughter of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov Aishat, who heads the Ministry of Culture of the republic, was awarded a medal “For the protection of human rights”, the TV channel “Grozny” reported.
Aishat Kadyrova received the medal “for her great contribution to the protection of the constitutional rights and interests of citizens, the development of the social and cultural life of the republic, the preservation and popularization of the cultural and historical heritage of the Chechen people, high professionalism, as well as merits in strengthening interaction between civil society and the authorities”.
This medal was also awarded to the Minister of Education and Science of Chechnya, Hozh-Baudi Daaev. He was awarded for “many years of selfless activity on the path of the first President of the Chechen Republic Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov”.
Aishat Kadyrova is 22 years old. In September 2020, the head of Chechnya appointed the daughter of the Deputy Minister of Culture, a little more than a year later she headed the ministry. According to Kadyrov, the appointment of his daughter to the post was a “firmly considered decision”. “Despite her young years, she has a wealth of experience in managing the most complex and large-scale projects, including in the field of culture,” he noted. Prior to her appointment, Aishat Kadyrova headed the Firdaws fashion house, founded by her mother, for several years.
In March, Aishat Kadyrova received one of the highest republican awards – the Medal for Services to the Chechen Republic. In December, the second oldest daughter of the head of Chechnya, Khadizhat Kadyrov, was also awarded this award.
Ramzan Kadyrov has ten children in total— four sons and six daughters.
