In the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions bordering Ukraine, in two border districts of the Voronezh Region, in the north of the Crimea and in several districts of the Krasnodar Territory, a yellow level of terrorist danger has been introduced since April 11.

The special regime involves the intensive work of all law enforcement agencies, and residents of the regions are advised to avoid mass crowds, always take an identity card with them and be vigilant. Initially, the regime was introduced until April 25. The authorities of the Krasnodar Territory then decided not to extend the level of danger in the Shcherbinovsky and Yeisk districts. In the other five regions, the regime was extended until the end of the May holidays.

There are three levels of terrorist danger in total: blue (elevated), yellow (high) and red (critical). Yellow is entered if there is confirmed information about the real possibility of a terrorist attack, it follows from the classification of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee.
