“If there is evidence, Russia has every right to consider the possibility of introducing this company under our sanctions,” Jabarov said.

On the night of July 3, the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote that a series of loud sounds was heard in Belgorod and admitted that they were made by the triggered air defense system (air defense). Later, the Ministry of Defense stated that at night Ukraine inflicted a “deliberate strike” with missiles “Tochka-U” with cluster munitions on residential quarters of Belgorod. As a result of the strikes in Belgorod, four people were killed, including three citizens of Ukraine and one Russian. Four others were injured, two of them a ten-year-old child and a man in serious condition.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under articles on the murder of two or more persons by a group of persons in a generally dangerous manner and on an attempt to commit this offense (paragraphs «a », «e », «w» Part 2 of Article 105, Part 3 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code). The maximum penalty is life imprisonment.
