On October 19, three people were injured during the shelling of Shebekino, one of them was wounded in the chest and taken to the hospital in a serious condition. On the same day, the Belgorod Region and seven other regions introduced an “average level of response”, which involves a special mode of operation of communication facilities, transport and printing houses, restrictions on entry and exit of citizens, as well as vehicle inspections.
