Queues have arisen in the public service centers (PSC) of Kazakhstan because of the Russians, reports Tengrinews.kz . In the PSC of the border regions, the number of applications from foreigners has increased, and therefore eight reinforced centers have been allocated for their service.

«My CITY» reported that in the PSC on Isatai-Makhambet in Uralsk in the morning, the Russians who arrived began to gather, and now the queue is far outside the center. According to the publication, Russian citizens seek to obtain an IIN in order to open a bank card.

In addition, queues are observed at exchange offices.

The influx of Russians in one of the PSC in the center of Kostanay was also reported by “TobolInfo”. According to the publication, they also arrived to receive the IIN.

According to the Government for Citizens, the number of applications of foreigners to PSC increased last week, and therefore it was decided to serve citizens in separately reinforced PSC in Astana, Almaty, as well as Kostanay, West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Akmola and Aktobe regions.

On the eve of the border guards of Kazakhstan detained three Russians who violated the border bypassing the current checkpoint. They explained their actions by the desire to evade the partial mobilization carried out on the territory of Russia.

On September 23, the Border Service of Kazakhstan also noted an increase in the number of Russians entering the country. The situation is under special control.
